What we eat this week
Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, cooked in this kitchen and eaten at the table together.
How the food is chosen
I provide only nutritious foods in accordance with recommendations of the U. S. Department of Agriculture. If your child has…
Colores de Esperanza, in the provider's own words
The first sentence is complete and can go live as written once she confirms it still holds. The second one breaks at “If your child has…” and was almost certainly about allergies — the allergy section further down this page is written from scratch and should be replaced by her actual wording. Cooking to USDA guidance usually means the home is on the CACFP food programme; if it is, say so by name, because parents comparing homes look for it.
| Day | Breakfast | Lunch | Snack |

| Wednesday | Cereal with milk, sliced pear | Turkey picadillo, brown rice, green beans | Apple slices with sunflower butter |
| Thursday | Whole wheat pancakes, strawberries, milk | Lentil soup, corn tortilla, avocado | Melon and graham crackers |
| Friday | Yoghurt with granola, milk | Baked fish sticks, mashed potato, peas | Banana bread and milk |
Sample menu, written to look right, not to be served. Replace every meal with the real one, and say whether the home takes part in the CACFP food programme.
Allergies and special diets
Tell us about every allergy, intolerance or family food rule before your child's first day, and put it in writing on the enrollment form. Food is never shared between children.
Confirm how allergies are handled here, whether parents may send food from home, and whether infant formula or breast milk is stored.
