This is the one hard statement about hours that survives anywhere, and it does not agree with the rest of this page: the routine below runs 6:30 am to 6:00 pm and six holidays are listed as closed days. Round-the-clock, seven-day care in a licensed family home is also something Community Care Licensing will have an opinion about. Confirm what is actually offered, then make this page, the home page and the closure list agree.

The old site named an open-door policy right next to the hours, and the archive keeps only these three words before cutting off. An open-door policy is worth a full paragraph — it usually means a parent may walk in unannounced at any time their child is here, and parents look for it. Ask her for the whole wording.

Sample times. Replace every row with the real routine. Note that this table stops at 6:00 pm while the block above quotes the old site saying the home is open 24 hours, 7 days. If overnight and weekend care really is offered, this table has to show what an evening and a night look like too — a parent working a night shift is reading this page to find out exactly that.

Closures are posted on this page and given to you in writing when your child starts.

Confirm the real holiday list, plus any vacation weeks, and whether those days are charged. These six closed days and “open 7 days a week, 24 hours” cannot both be true as written. Settle that first, then fix this list.
What to send with your child
- A change of clothes, labelled with their name
- Diapers and wipes, if your child is still in them
- A blanket or small pillow for nap
- A water bottle with their name on it
